About Linda Jostler

I’m Linda Jostler, and I plan and bring your dream wedding in Italy to life. My aim is to give you an unforgettable experience—one that you and your guests will be talking about for years to come.

Who are you, Linda?

Coordinator, event designer, project manager, the person who keeps everything together, organiser – the titles have varied over the years. Whatever the title, my focus remains the same: making dreams come true. That is what I do.

I am originally from Halmstad, but after falling in love with the Tuscan landscape, I have lived here since 2005.

For more than 10 years, I have planned weddings in Tuscany and the surrounding area, as well as birthday celebrations, wedding vow renewals and corporate events. Over the years, there have been many romantic and magical weddings, along with memorable and fun events along the way.

What inspires you and helps you grow?

Every couple is different, and that is what makes my work so enjoyable. Each wedding becomes its own little adventure, with new wishes and ideas emerging along the way. It keeps me on my toes and means I am always learning something new.

Decoration is something I am truly passionate about. As every couple has their own taste and style, I get the opportunity to try new things and be creative in different ways. It is so exciting to work with different venues and settings, and to see how each wedding takes on its own unique feel.

One of the loveliest parts of my work is getting to know each couple and hearing about their dreams for the big day. It helps me create something that truly feels like “theirs” and that their guests will remember for a long time.

But perhaps the very best part is the wedding day itself. After all the planning, the day finally arrives when everything happens for real. The excitement builds, it is a little nerve-racking and thrilling at the same time – and when every piece of the puzzle falls into place, it feels like the greatest reward imaginable.

What do you do when you’re not working?

When I’m not planning weddings, I spend as much time as possible with my family – my Italian husband Matteo, our two children Emil Dante and Ella Amelia, and our dog Lexie. We live in a rustic little house in Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and this is where I recharge between weddings.

We love being outdoors and spending time with our friends. In spring, we pick asparagus, and in autumn, we harvest olives from the trees in our own garden to make olive oil. Matteo and I share a passion for Italian cuisine and fine wines, so food and drink are often at the heart of our time together.

One of the absolute highlights of the year is our skiing holiday in the Dolomites – the whole family loves skiing, and we always look forward to that week.

Ultimately, it’s about enjoying the good things in life as much as we can, taking care of one another and being grateful for what we have. It was actually here in Tuscany that it all began over 15 years ago, when I planned my first wedding. At the time, having a wedding coordinator was something entirely new, and I wasn’t sure whether Swedish couples would really want to come to Italy to get married. But the interest proved enormous, and since then I’ve had the honour of planning weddings for couples from all over the world – Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and many more countries.
